Work Description

Setting up a library for Homes & Schools. The library will contain books in the following categories.

This is home run by Govt itself. All deprived, poor girls are being given shelters.

India sudar power &Responsibilites
  • India Sudar is the only one owner for this Library. We will drive all the Administrative activities in this center.
  • India Sudar will provide Complete library setup (Bookrack, Chair & Table).
  • India Sudar will decide on what are all the books needed to be given as donation.
  • India Sudar will appoint any librarian, if needed.
  • India Sudar has the authority to or not to give any book which will be damaged in the long run.
  • India Sudar having 100% Power to take it back all the books or Close the Center at any time.

Govt Girls Home Responsibilities
  • The home will allow any student or person living in the home to use the books for reading
  • The home can decide on allowing the students or the persons living in the home to take the books to their place & return.
  • The home will provide the infrastructure for the library setup (like room etc)
  • The home will consider security for this library
  • The home will have to pay the electricity bill for this library centre
  • The home doesn’t have any privilege to sell any books provided byIndiasudar
  • The home having the privilege to have any other books in the library
  • The home can raise a request to India sudar for some other books or copies in any particular category, in which the demand is more.
