About On Site	The Orphanage was started in the year 1994 By. Dr.Victor Paul with great vision and burden. Now consists of 61 children with both Boys and Girls. These Children are from different parts of India (Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Maharastra, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka) They are taken care of food, clothing, medicine, education and shelter.
