RESOLUTION(DECIDED)

The Trustee, PRASHANTH.L.A, No 1, "Santrupthi", L N Reddy Colony, (Near Adarsha Vista), Vibhuthipura, Marathahalli Post, Bangalore – 560037, Karnatka has requested to get relieved from the trustee role of India Sudar Educational & Charitable trust due to his personal commitment.

 

India Sudar Managing Trustee and India Sudar Trust decided to accept Mr. PRASHANTH.L.A resignation.

 

As per the India Sudar TRUST DEED, the Founder/Managing trustee UDHAYA KUMAR V. accepting the resignation of PRASHANTH.L.A. and relieving him from the trustee role with effect from 26-Sep-2010.

 

It is clearly stated that PRASHANTH.L.A. do not have POWER to involve India Sudar Trustee activities role from 26-Sep-2010. PRASHANTH.L.A will continue as India Sudar member and participate in member activities.

The Trustee, Mr. SIVANARAYANAN.P, S/O Pasupathy residing at, E-3 ShanthiApartments,24, Greenways' Road, Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai -600028, Tamil Nadu has requested to get relieved from the trustee role of India Sudar Educational & Charitable trust due to his personal commitment.

 

India Sudar Managing Trustee and India Sudar Trust decided to accept Mr. SIVANARAYANAN.P resignation.

 

As per the India Sudar TRUST DEED, the Founder/Managing trustee UDHAYA KUMAR V. accepting the resignation of SIVANARAYANAN.P. and relieving him from the trustee role with effect from 26-Sep-2010.

 

It is clearly stated that SIVANARAYANAN.P. do not have POWER to involve India Sudar Trustee activities role from 26-Sep-2010. SIVANARAYANAN.P will continue as India Sudar member and participate in member activities.

India Sudar Managing Trustee and India Sudar trust decided to ADD Mr.VINOD S M as TRUSTEE in India Sudar Educational and Charitable Trust based on his contribution and necessity to India Sudar Trust.

 

As per the India Sudar TRUST DEED, the Founder/Managing Trustee UDHAYA KUMAR.V adding VINOD S M, #15, Sai Sadan, 2nd Main, 3rd Cross, Ashwath Katte Road, Chamundieshwari Layout, Db Sandra, V’pura Main Road, Bangalore – 560097, Karnatka as TRUSTEE in India Sudar Educational and Charitable trust from 26-Sep-2010 and provides POWER to perform all the Trustee activities with immediate effect.

 

Moreover, VINOD S M will continue with other roles tied in India Sudar Educational and Charitable Trust.
