[Discussed] A short presentation by SSS brought out their experiences of setting up 2 schools in remote villages of Bellary district. The schools started with a meagre strength of 10 students has grown to ~200 students. Their current focus is to continue support for the school via note books, stationaries and the teacher's salary, while also setting up infrastructure for higher standards (3rd and more).

[Discussed] Uday provided an overview of IS working model and current activities to SSS. Another detailed presentation to follow soon, as this meeting was only a start.

[Decided] Awareness programs: While IS and SSS were on a consensus on the necessity for awareness programs, the formulation and conduction of these programs requires more discussions among all members. The important programs that were touched upon are: Career path counseling, Cultural and creative awareness sessions via classes and quiz/play/more.
