Resolved

Decided to add following clauses in INDIA SUDAR Educational and Charitable Trust. This resolution is accepted and executed by Managing Trustee and Trustees.

 

  1. The activities of the said Trust (INDIA SUDAR Educational and Charitable Trust) would be confined with in the territory of India.

 

  1. The Income of the Trust shall be applied only to charitable purpose in India or shall be accumulated for such purposes in India and the beneficiaries of the Trust shall not be restricted to any community, cast or creed but the Trust shall be for the benefit of the public generally. However, no portion of the income will be utilized for payment to trustees, by way of profit, interest, dividends etc.

 

  1. The income of the Trust shall be applied only to charitable purposes and activities of Trust are purely charitable. The Trust is non-profitable, non-religious organization.

 

  1. The Author hereby confirms that the benefits of the trust shall ensure to the public at large irrespective of caste, religion, community, sex etc.
