The Trustee, HARI.T, S/O Late K.Thangaraj, residing at 13/7, Nagathamman Koil Street, Royapuram, Chennai-600 013 has requested to get relieved from the trustee role of India Sudar Educational & Charitable trust due to his personal commitment.

 

India Sudar Managing Trustee and India Sudar Trustees decided to accept Mr.Hari.T resignation.

 

As per the India Sudar TRUST DEED, the Founder/Managing trustee UDHAYA KUMAR V. accepting the resignation of HARI T. and relieving him from the trustee role with effect from 06-Apr-2008.

 

It is clearly stated that HARI T. do not have POWER to involve India Sudar Trustee activities role from 06-Apr-2008. HARI.T will continue as India Sudar member and participate in all lead/member activities.

India Sudar Managing Trustee and Trustees decided to ADD Mr. SIVANARAYANAN.P as TRUSTEE in India Sudar Educational and Charitable Trust based on his contribution and necessity to India Sudar Trust.

 

As per the India Sudar TRUST DEED, the Founder/Managing Trustee UDHAYA KUMAR.V adding SIVANARAYANAN.P S/O Pasupathy residing at, E-3 Shanthi Apartments,24, Greenways' Road, Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai -600028, Tamil Nadu as TRUSTEE in India Sudar Educational and Charitable trust from 06-Apr-2008 and provides POWER to perform all the Trustee activities with immediate effect.

 

Moreover, SIVANARAYANAN.P will continue with other roles tied in India Sudar Educational and Charitable Trust.
