Discussed/RESOLUTION (DECIDED)
1	Following TWO trustees requested for release(Resign) from India Sudar Educational & Charitable trust because of there personal commitment. KARUPPUSWAMY.T, Residing at S/O Late K.Thangaraj, Plot#60, II Floor, Sai Ganga Flat, 7^th Avenue, Dhandeeswaram, Velachery, Chennai-600042, Resign the trustee role because of his Personal Commitment. SEETHARAMAN.D, Residing at S/O S.Deenadayalan, 28, South Permal Koil Street, Vadapalani, Chennai – 600 026, Resign the trustee role because of his long term work commitment in USA.
2	India Sudar Managing Trustee and Trustees decided to accept KARUPPUSWAMY.T and SEETHARAMAN.D resignation.
3	Using Founder Trustee/Managing Trustee POWER specified in the TRUST DEED, Managing Trustee, UDHAYA KUMAR.V accepting KARUPPUSWAMY.T and SEETHARAMAN.D resignation and reliving KARUPPUSWAMY.T and SEETHARAMAN.D from trustee role from 07-Apr-2007. From 07-APR-2007 KARUPPUSWAMY.T and SEETHARAMAN.D don’t have any power to involve any trustee activities. From 08-APR-2007 KARUPPUSWAMY.T and SEETHARAMAN.D will continue as India Sudar member and participate in all lead/member activities.
